The Garnati Ensemble is a chamber band formed by musicians who regularly collaborate with Daniel Barenboim. In the year 2012 they recorded their own transcription of Bach’s Goldberg variations for Sony Classical. Playing Goldberg has been critically acclaimed by the specialized press and it is the work the Garnati Ensemble will be performing in the Basilica of Santa Maria del Pi.
